Industrial visit to Water Treatment Plant, Maradu – World Water Day Celebrations, 2026

Department of Civil Engineering organised an *Industrial Visit to Water Treatment Plant at Maradu* as part of the *World Water Day 2026*  Celebrations on 4th March, 2026. The visit aims to provide students with practical exposure to various stages of water treatment, thereby bridging the gap between theoretical learning and field applications.
This initiative is organized in alignment with this year’s theme, *Gender Equality and Water Access*, to create awareness about sustainable and equitable water supply systems.
