The Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, has initiated ‘Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA) to systematically rank education institutions and universities primarily on innovation-related indicators. ARIIA considers all major indicators that are commonly used globally to rank the most innovative education institutions/ universities in the world. In 2023, ARIIA is renamed as National Institutional Ranking Framework Innovations (NIRF-Innovations).
KMEA participated in the ARIIA ranking process during 2019. In the academic year 2020, KMEA ranked between 51-75 band in the category of self-financed institutes/Colleges. KMEA has been included in the promising band for the academic year 2021. For the academic year 2023, KMEA has been included in the innovation category.
