For Govt. Quota seats, candidates have to apply online with the college code KME and branch of preference as and when announced by the Commissioner of the Entrance Examination.

B.Tech Admission
  1. Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) put together are eligible for Management seats admission. (As per KEAM Prospectus 2023)
  2. Candidates must qualify in KEAM 2023.
  3. AGE: Applicants should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2023. No relaxation will be allowed.
  4. Nationality: Candidates must be Citizens of India.
Note :
  • Admission is based on the % of marks of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), in qualifying examination and for KEAM 2023.
  • In two year Kerala Higher Secondary courses or examinations recognized equivalent thereto with two year course where the Board Examinations are conducted in both years, the total marks of two years in the respective subjects as shown in the mark lists of the respective Higher Secondary Boards will be considered for academic eligibility.
  • In Higher Secondary courses or examinations recognised equivalent thereto where Board Examinations are conducted only at the end of 12th class (final year), the marks in the respective subjects as shown in the mark lists of the respective Higher Secondary Boards will be considered for academic eligibility.
  • For all other type of Higher Secondary courses or examinations recognised equivalent thereto, the marks of the respective subjects as shown in the mark list of the respective Board of Examinations will be considered for academic eligibility.*

  • Candidates can submit applications ONLINE
  • Applications should be complete in all respects. A candidate will be considered for admission, only if he/she has furnished the relevant certificates prescribed in the Prospectus, in proof of eligibility.
  • During the online application process, the candidate is required to fill the form online using the link given above, pay the application fees of 500 (Netbanking/Debit card/Credit card), update the marks when available, and upload the necessary documents.
  • Three passport size and two stamp size (colour) photographs
  • Original Plus Two mark list ( Pass certificate & Migration for CBSE students) with two self attested copies.
  • SSLC / Equivalent Certificate to prove date of birth with two self attested copies.
  • Original TC and Conduct Certificate from the last institution studied.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate from the doctor in the format provided in the prospectus for Entrance Exam.
  • Original Income Certificate and Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OEC candidates seeking reservation.
  • Migration Certificate in original for candidates other than those who passed Kerala HSE, VHSE &THSE.
  • Two copies of Aadhar card of the student.
  • Copy of Entrance Admit Card.
  • Two copies of Result sheet of KEAM (Score) of Entrance Examination 2023 conducted by CEE.

Note :

  • Candidates are advised to keep a copy of completed application form for further reference.
  • Selection will be in the order of merit through open counselling. The date for counselling will be published in the website.
  • Candidates are advised to visit the website regularly to get updated information on interview, admission etc. No separate communication will be sent on this account.
  • Selected candidates shall take admission at the appointed time and date in the college, after paying the tuition fee and other fees to be paid, failing which the offer of admission will be cancelled.

FULL TUITION FEE WAIVER SCHEME

The AICTE approved Tuition Fee Waiver scheme is implemented in the college. Accordingly 5% of the total intake will be filled under this scheme. These seats will be filled by the Govt. and eligibility for admission will be as per the norms of this scheme. The selection is made purely on the basis of Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination rank list and family income.

  • I . Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50 % marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), put together and 50% in Mathematics separately, are eligible for Govt. quota admission.

Note :

  • In two year Kerala Higher Secondary courses or examinations recognized equivalent thereto with two year course where the Board Examinations are conducted in both years, the total marks of two years in the respective subjects as shown in the mark lists of the respective Higher Secondary Boards will be considered for academic eligibility.

NRI Quota

B.Tech Admission

The Govt. of Kerala has sanctioned an intake of 15% of students under NRI Quota and allotted to children and dependants of NRIs on the basis of marks obtained for PCM in qualifying examination. These students are admitted by the Management based on their academic eligibility as per APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University norms and exempted from qualifying in Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination 2023.

Candidates who wish to join under NRI Quota may register online.

General Rules for all Scholarships :
The continuation of the scholarship will be on passing all the semesters with 60% marks. No back papers will be permitted.
