The NSS Units of KMEA Engineering College are organizing a Blood Donation Camp on 29th July 2025, in collaboration with IMA Ernakulam, Mahatma Mathrubhumi Study Circle, and Mathrubhumi Grahalakshmi Vedi. This initiative aims to foster a sense of social responsibility and promote voluntary blood donation among students and staff.
The camp will be inaugurated by Sri. Anvar Sadath, M.L.A., Aluva, who will share his insights on the crucial role of youth in nation-building through socially relevant actions.
The program will be presided over by Adv. P. A. Abdul Majeed, management representative of KMEA. The keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Muhammed Shafeeq, Medical Officer, IMA Blood Donation Services, who will highlight the importance of regular blood donation and address common myths associated with it.
Smt. Rethi Dhevi Jayanth, President of Mathrubhumi Grahalakshmi Vedi, will also grace the occasion and acknowledge the collective efforts of the organizing teams and the enthusiastic involvement of the student community.
